• Build your CPG sales foundation by owning the operational backbone of our accounts: forecasting, replenishment, portal management, and data analysis. • Own inputs to internal forecast system (Vividly) & monthly forecast review. • Own Target & Aldi monthly pacing tracker on gross sales. • Sales forecast: monthly reviews & account planning. • Own PO execution. • Manage item catalogue & ongoing maintenance within POL. • Own replenishment management; with a close pulse on WOS by item. • Monitor customer forecast & proactively communicate updates; own cut sheets to Target for PO edits. • New item setup. • Abide by deduction & spoils management in partnership with Accounts Receivable. • Display and Promotion submissions & any other customer-specific paperwork, with Sr National Account Manager, Target.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, planning and/or replenishment management
- Forecasting tools proficiency preferred
- CPG experience required
- Direct Target experience required (HQ & Brand/Broker experience is a plus)
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts, multitask, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organized and a strong communicator with demonstrated cross-functional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 15% of the time; less if located in the Minneapolis area
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
