The brand provides value to international students, funnelling them into our flagship product, the UK Job Institute. You will own the founder's existing Instagram content pipeline and delegate work to our existing marketing team to post IG reels and stories daily, 7 days a week. Your work will focus entirely on the strategy, with full creative freedom to refine our voice, experiment with formats, and track the performance of each campaign (against sales) to optimise for long-term growth. This role is open to all professionals residing in Latin America and Eastern Europe. Responsibilities - Own and evolve a data-driven Instagram strategy focused on generating leads and sales, not just views. - Build a weekly content plan, including 14 Instagram reels and 14 stories per week. - Turn insights into content by studying top-performing reels, hooks, CTAs, visuals, and formats. - Delegate tasks by providing clear briefs and direction to editors and content executors. - Analyse daily performance of Instagram Stories and Reels, refining the content plan based on conversions. - Connect content to conversions by delegating the creation of freebies, lead magnets, and ManyChat automations. - Work directly with the CEO & Founder, gaining exposure to key decisions and business strategy. Qualifications - Strong scripting ability: Ability to write hooks, story angles, CTAs, and scripts for short-form videos that convert viewers into leads. - Proven track record of generating leads through Instagram, ideally for online coaches, consultants, or info/digital products. - Experience building content plans, not just posting content; creating weekly/monthly content calendars designed to drive revenue. - Experience delegating work to a team, including editors, designers, or freelancers, through simple briefs. - Data-driven mindset: Ability to study winning formats, hooks, angles, visuals, and turn them into repeatable systems. Benefits - Career Growth: Opportunity to become a full-time Instagram Director within 6-12 months, earning $8-10k/month (Salary + performance bonuses). - Ownership in the Company: Equity options available for top performers, benefiting directly from the company's growth. - Remote-First: Work from anywhere, with availability required from 2 pm to 6 pm UK time, Monday to Friday. - Join a World-Class Team: Work with a team of proven operators who have scaled a personal brand to $1M+/year. - Team offsites: Join quarterly offsites, with the next being in Bali or Dubai (fully paid for).
