Job Requirements
- 7 plus years experience building integrated programs at a top agency working for Fortune 500 clients
- Experience doing traditional, web, social, syndicated and primary research (incl.: NetBase, MRI, Sysomos, Brandwatch, eMarketer, Mintel, Google Analytics, Omniture; conducting IDIs, digital ethnographies, etc.)
- Dazzling presentation skills and presence in a room
- Ability to express complicated concepts in simple and digestible ways (“Explain it to a fifth grader”)
- Curious and lovely to get along with.
- Deliver work independently on all tasks and achieve results at pace with energy and drive.
- Lead collaboration sessions with other teams.
- Execute a strong sense of priority level and urgency; and knows how to act on the critical difference between the two.

Role Description We’re looking for a Head of Instagram Strategy who will own and scale the entire Instagram growth engine across the company's brand content that helps international students land UK jobs. The brand provides value to international students, funnelling them into our flagship product, the UK Job Institute. You will own the founder's existing Instagram content pipeline and delegate work to our existing marketing team to post IG reels and stories daily, 7 days a week. Your work will focus entirely on the strategy, with full creative freedom to refine our voice, experiment with formats, and track the performance of each campaign (against sales) to optimise for long-term growth. Role Description We’re looking for an Associate Director, Medical Strategy Pulmonary Hypertension and Fibrosis on the Medical Strategy and Communications team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Global Medical Lead, Global Medical Strategy and Communications, you’ll assist in developing and implementing strategy and planning for Medical Affairs across all geographic regions ensuring a cohesive approach.
