• Elaborar propuestas de asientos contables (journal entries). • Revisar y analizar los pagos de impuestos de nómina en los distintos sistemas. • Realizar conciliaciones de impuestos de nómina para las entidades asignadas. • Colaborar con otros departamentos para recopilar información necesaria. • Reportar transacciones pendientes al cliente. • Informar diariamente al líder de PTR sobre el estado de sus tareas. • Apoyar en la preparación y atención de auditorías. • Actualizar y mantener documentación de políticas y procedimientos. • Asistir al Accounting Manager y al BR Leader en actividades diarias. • Ejecutar otras funciones asignadas.

Job Requirements

  • Grado contabilidad o experiencia equivalente.
  • 1 año de experiencia en contabilidad corporativa.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas informáticas, especialmente:
  • Excel (tablas dinámicas y fórmulas)
  • Word y correo electrónico
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado (requerido).

Role Description We are seeking a remote Accounting & Procurement Specialist to own both our client's bookkeeping and our quote desk. The right person is someone who can do deep, careful financial work, but also pivot quickly when a client needs a quote or a purchase and have consistent communication and follow-through. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day. You will work closely with the sales, service, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely procurement processes, and excellent client communication. This is a full-time remote role supporting Pacific Time business hours.
