Job Requirements
- 10–15 years of U.S. corporate tax experience across public accounting and/or industry
- Strong knowledge of C corporation and S corporation taxation, including compliance and planning
- Experience with ASC 740 tax provision and reporting
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and improve processes
- Track record of partnering with stakeholders and explaining complex tax concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
- Experience working with tax and ERP systems (e.g., Corptax, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA and/or Master’s in Tax preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
