• As part of Intersect Power’s Operations team, you’ll build and lead a critical component of the company’s operational execution capability. • Establish and oversee the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) in Austin, Texas, creating a 24/7 control room organization responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of a growing utility-scale portfolio of solar, wind, battery storage, and gas generation assets. • Recruit, train, and develop a team of NERC-certified operators while creating the systems, processes, and culture that support high-performance operations. • Work closely with Field Operations, Technical Services, Reliability & Commissioning, Asset Management, Trading, and executive leadership, translating operational strategy into real-time execution that supports grid reliability, market compliance, and asset performance. • Provide day-to-day leadership of a 24/7 control room responsible for monitoring and operating utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, and gas generation assets. • Ensure continuous situational awareness across the fleet and coordinate rapid response to changing operating conditions. • Serve as Incident Commander During Critical Events, leading operational response efforts during grid disturbances, forced outages, equipment failures, and security-related incidents. • Partner closely with Field Operations teams to coordinate switching activities, maintenance execution, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and operational planning.

• Own Abnormal’s global relationships with CrowdStrike, Cyera, and other managed-phase strategic partners across co-sell, field enablement, programs, executive alignment, and joint GTM execution. • Facilitate and manage co-selling opportunities, account mapping, and joint sales engagements between partner field teams and Abnormal. • Drive pipeline development with partner field sellers and alliance counterparts, tracking opportunities and bookings to provide accurate forecasts and funnel management reports. • Develop and deliver joint GTM initiatives, sales enablement content, and training to accelerate adoption across each partner’s ecosystem. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across your partner portfolio to drive strategic alignment, investment, and joint planning. • Develop annual and quarterly business plans per partner, including pipeline targets, performance goals, and execution strategies. • Represent Abnormal at partner events including CrowdStrike’s Fal.Con, Cyera events, partner summits, and industry conferences, identifying ecosystem alignment opportunities with regional and national channel partners. • Serve as the escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues requiring partner coordination. • Manage partner lifecycle transitions: when a strategic alliance reaches the managed phase, onboard it into your portfolio and establish structured joint planning from day one.

• You conduct demo calls, actively listen, understand the needs of our customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors, and derive appropriate solutions • You independently handle support tickets and find fast, customer-oriented solutions • You work closely with our Onboarding & Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve our solutions • You independently create content such as blog posts, templates, or help pages, and actively support the implementation of our AI & content strategy

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, implementation management, operations leadership, consulting, account management, customer success, or similar roles. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. - Experience driving projects or operational initiatives from planning through execution. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority. - Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments. - Proficiency with project documentation, reporting, and collaboration tools. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
