Job Description

Training Specialist – Contractor

eClinical Solutions

• Manage the overall relationship and expectations of their assigned clients • Leverage relationship with existing clients to obtain additional business and references for other services by providing high client satisfaction • Oversight of project management activities for all phases of the project lifecycle, which may include planning, tracking and completion of project deliverables • Provide consultant services for clients to determine scope of training needs and provide direction in determining the best solutions based on the client's business needs • Analyze and design training and documentation solutions in the context of the appropriate job roles, responsibilities, business process and procedures for eClinical and clients • Develop training solutions using authorware tools like Captivate or Articulate • Deliver training through instructor-led, virtual classrooms, and e-learning formats • Ensure compliance with eClinical and industry quality standards, guidelines and procedures • Develop personal training expertise to support the goals of eClinical • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience with instructional design and application of adult learning theory principles preferred
  • Demonstrated success assessing needs, developing and delivering effective training and/or documentation solutions and facilitating training sessions (including delivering virtual online training)
  • Strong project management experience and team leadership skills including scope management, work planning and work delegation
  • Works well independently and in team environment
  • Blended dynamic of self-motivation/can-do attitude, intuitive thinking, flexibility and strong problem-solving skills within a strong team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge transfer and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and EDC products and services is a plus
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11 and clinical trial methodology is a plus
  • Intermediate to expert experience in e-learning development
  • Experience with tools such as Captivate, Articulate, WebEx, Adobe Connect, Flash, etc preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (with a focus on Word and PowerPoint), Windows 2000 / XP
