Delivery Planning Manager

• Manage the planning and monitoring of the order portfolio, ensuring commercial commitments are met within established deadlines. • Coordinate the delivery planning process, aligning commercial demand, product availability, logistical capacity and operational resources to maximize customer service levels. • Monitor and analyze the sales portfolio, identifying risks, constraints and optimization opportunities to ensure the best allocation of available resources. • Define service and delivery priorities based on commercial, operational and strategic criteria, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Conduct demand analysis and forecasting to support decision-making by Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations teams. • Track performance indicators related to portfolio management, service level, adherence to planning, delivered volumes and operational efficiency, proposing corrective actions when necessary. • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Logistics, Production, Planning and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of processes. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in portfolio management and delivery planning processes to increase productivity, reduce costs and maximize results. • Ensure the quality, reliability and integrity of information related to order portfolio, deliveries and area indicators, maintaining the confidentiality of Cibra’s strategic information. • Understand, apply, promote and recommend practices related to occupational health and safety, environmental and social responsibility, contributing to the dissemination of the company’s organizational culture. • Manage the team under your responsibility, conducting performance management, development, training, priority setting and result monitoring, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related areas preferred.
  • Proven experience in Order Portfolio Management, Commercial Service, Customer Service, Logistics or related areas.
  • Prior experience in the Agribusiness sector, preferably with fertilizers, crop protection, seeds, agricultural commodities or agricultural inputs.
  • Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional processes.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes, order management, invoicing, delivery scheduling and customer service.
  • Experience defining, monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) and managing results.
  • Knowledge of distribution logistics flows and servicing the agricultural market.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar) is desirable.
