US Sales Manager @Open Positions

Role Description This role supports the sales team while independently managing select accounts and identifying new business opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow within a dynamic apparel business. You’ll collaborate with the VP of Global Sales and the U.S. Country Manager to deliver real results. Key Responsibilities - Support the sales team in managing Majors, Club, Off-Price, and Specialty accounts, while taking ownership of select accounts and prospecting new business opportunities. - Drive in-season reorder business and prebook opportunities through proactive customer outreach and follow-up. - Assist with account setup, product knowledge and customer onboarding. - Prepare sales presentations, line sheets, pricing proposals, and customer materials. - Coordinate sample requests and daily follow-up on approvals, orders and POs. - Partner with multiple divisions to track order status from placement through shipment and delivery. - Partner closely with operations, sourcing and finance teams to support customer needs and requests. - Generate weekly sales reports and analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. - Build strong working relationships with retail buying and planning teams. - Assist with new product launches and seasonal collection rollouts. - Coordinate customer marketing assets and product information. - Support trade shows, market appointments, and customer meetings as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field). - 1–3 years of experience in sales support, merchandising, or account management (apparel preferred). - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data organization). - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Familiarity with major retail accounts (e.g., REI, Costco, TJX, Sierra, etc.) is a strong advantage. - Experience with NuORDER, Unify and SPS is a plus. Requirements - A self-driven professional who takes ownership of results. - Enjoys the freedom of working independently while being part of a collaborative team. - Skilled at connecting with people and building lasting relationships. - Motivated by flexibility and high earning potential.
