• Serve as a senior scientific resource for SKE Program Associates • Provide expert guidance, methodological direction, and quality assurance • Write and edit summaries of scientific knowledge • Consult and collaborate with external scientific experts and researchers • Maintain and manage knowledge and expertise databases • Assist in providing scientific input, review, and editorial guidance for APA materials • Provide guidance, consultation, and training to staff as needed • Engage in a broad range of additional activities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in psychology required
  • Ph.D. in psychology preferred
  • Broad understanding of the psychological science literature including multiple theories and methodologies
  • Knowledge of information gathering and research in the digital age
  • Ability to solve problems of substantial variety and complexity
  • Ability to operate independently and exercise judgment
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Internet and AI assisted search tools
  • Advanced user of Research Databases including PsycINFO

Coordinate with external vendors and 3rd parties as necessary. - Act as a member of related committees and participate in quality related projects or training throughout the organization. - Determine frequency, location, audit methodology and staffing levels required to execute QA plan(s). - Ensure objectivity & appropriate competence/skill of QA staff. - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, accreditation standards, policies and industry trends and understand their potential impact on BAYADA. - Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes and coordinate tasks within expected timelines. - Identify personal learning needs and address them by actively pursuing opportunities to expand knowledge and skillset. - Manage workload and adhere to deadlines while providing exceptional customer service to service/support office personnel. - Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff. - Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
