Role Description We're standing up a brand new AI Compute branch of the CellSwitch™ Power platform, and we're looking for a Director of Power Electronics to lead it. This is a rare opportunity to take cutting-edge R&D and shape it into commercially relevant power electronics for AI data centre energy infrastructure, then build the team and roadmap to deliver it. - Own the technical strategy, architecture and development roadmap for high-efficiency, high-reliability power electronics. - Move ideas from concept through prototype, validation and customer demonstration, and on to productisation teams. - Read market trends and feed insights back into platform and business strategy.
