Im Versicherungs-Beratungsteam gestaltest du die digitale Versicherungsberatung von Finanzguru - vom Lead bis zum Abschluss. Wir optimieren Beratungsprozesse, Tools und UIs, damit unsere Expert:innen effizient beraten und Kund:innen bestmöglich absichern können. Als bewusst kleines, spezialisiertes Team trägst du früh Verantwortung für Hypothesen, A/B-Tests und Features mit direktem Impact auf Umsatz und Kundenerlebnis. Da es sich um eine Elternzeitvertretung handelt, suchen wir ab sofort eine starke Unterstützung für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten. Wir brauchen jemanden, der direkt Verantwortung übernimmt und sofort eigenständig durchstarten kann. Qualifications - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Product Analytics, Sales Analytics, Analytics Engineering oder Data Science – idealerweise im InsurTech-/FinTech-Umfeld. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, SQL und PySpark zur effizienten Analyse großer Datenmengen. - Fähigkeit, Stakeholder-Anforderungen in konkrete analytische Fragestellungen zu übersetzen. - Proaktive Identifikation und Quantifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen. - Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur verständlichen Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen. - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min.
