Role Description The Order Fulfilment Department currently has a vacancy for a Contact Agent reporting to the Fulfilment Team Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient processes while providing outstanding customer service. This position requires someone who values strong working relationships with customers and suppliers and can intuitively identify and respond to customer needs before they arise.
