This role owns the end-to-end design function, shaping how both brands show up across every customer touchpoint. From high-level creative vision through to hands-on execution, this role is responsible for delivering world-class, conversion-driven design across digital, social, video, product, and print channels. This role combines hands-on creative excellence with strong leadership, requiring someone who can both craft standout work and build a high-performing, future-fit design team.
