Role Description As a Strategic Healthcare Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving change across the healthcare system. Working within our Health & Medical business, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and service efficiency. You’ll operate in a highly patient-centric and specialist environment, aligning NHS priorities with Essity’s solutions to create long-term, sustainable value for all partners. This is a permanent, territory-based role with the ideal candidate being situated in the North of England or the South of Scotland (M62 Corridor and above). What You Will Do - Build and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across London and the South East, including Directors, Service Managers, and Clinical professionals. - Identify challenges and opportunities within healthcare services and co-create value-driven solutions. - Shape and deliver service development plans that enhance patient pathways and clinical outcomes. - Influence and support the adoption of new services and innovative approaches across healthcare settings. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Account Management to align activity with broader business objectives. - Develop compelling business cases and project plans that demonstrate both clinical and commercial value. - Stay close to evolving NHS priorities and healthcare trends to proactively identify new opportunities.
