Onboarding Partner
SD Solutions
• Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding for the analytics platform implementations • Work hands-on with customers to design and implement event tracking plans • Support integration of client-side, server-side, and server-to-server events • Assist customers with SDK integrations and data validation • Advise on data architecture, including data warehouses and data lakes • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and executives to align analytics goals • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly explanations • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide best-practice recommendations • Act as a trusted technical partner during the onboarding phase
Job Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a highly technical role
- Strong understanding of event-based analytics and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data warehouses and data lakes
- SDK integrations
- Client-side, server-side, and server-to-server event tracking
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Native-level English proficiency
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working with customers and taking ownership of onboarding outcomes
- Availability to work in the European time zone
