Executive Business Partner

• Strategically maintain sensitive information and complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, requiring coordination with both internal and external executives and assistants • Partner with other admins and senior leaders to align calendar availability and ensure the Executive is available for any necessary meetings, while balancing managerial and personal demands. • Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events, including for Executive with customers • Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements • Prepare monthly expense reports, and coordinate other documentation, where needed • Coordinate special projects as needed • Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your lead and act as a liaison, building great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts • Partner with the admin community to ensure necessary coverage for full leadership team and set operating standards for the organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience with 6+ years experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple executives and teams
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
  • Strong Google calendar/e-mail/doc skills
  • Ability to juggle many projects and priorities at once in an organized manner
  • Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Admin peer support experience and has worked on an Admin team of at least 20+
  • Passion for Dropbox and helping your leads and their teams as they scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already built or scaled affiliate departments and is ready to take responsibility for delivering results at the program level. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Head of Affiliates role. - Proven track record of scaling FTD volumes across Tier 1 markets. - Deep understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share partnership models. - Experience managing Affiliate Managers and team leads. - Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Affilka (SoftSwiss), ReferOn, NetRefer, or similar solutions. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and ROI modeling. - Fluent English, both written and spoken.
