Role Description For the department Business Support Functions, we are looking for an intern for the methodical and operational support in planning as well as for the implementation of activities in the department. The department creates cross-functional processes and standards to simplify work within the domain. This includes tasks such as internal communication and culture, resource management, and accounting. The team is responsible for overarching events, team initiatives, and tracking of activities. Furthermore, it ensures that legal requirements and applicable quality standards are met and maintained for all "non-product issues"; examples include: ISO certification, risk assessments, or interface to audit. We tackle various activities that are relevant for the entire domain, but also short-term support for domain management. What You Will Do - Support in planning, controlling, and monitoring of various projects - Assist with the preparation and internal distribution of information, including co-creating internal communications and managing content across different channels - Contribute to the design and rollout of communication formats and events for the department - Help prepare and follow up on appointments, committee meetings, and workshops - Provide support in operational processes, such as ordering and invoice handling - Participate in the development and implementation of cross-departmental standards and best practices Qualifications - Enrolled student in economics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program - Ideally knowledge in the areas of agile methods, project and process management - Basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills - Structured way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills - Fluent language skills in German required, plus good communication skills in English - Proficient handling of Microsoft Office Tools, especially PowerPoint Requirements - Fluent in English and German Benefits - Remote work options within Germany - Duration: 3 - 6 months - 35 hours/week - Salary: 13,90 €/hour

Role Description Our Client is building the next generation of AI-powered customer experience technology — combining intelligent automation, AI orchestration, and human-in-the-loop service delivery into a unified ecosystem. This is not a traditional enterprise product role. They are looking for a highly technical, entrepreneurial VP, AI Platforms & Product Innovation to help lead and scale two interconnected AI platforms designed to transform how businesses deploy and manage customer engagement operations. The organization is currently operating within a high-growth CX/BPO environment and is prepared for exponential growth with this new product! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate strategically while also diving deep into architecture, AI infrastructure, product execution, and technical decision-making. The ideal candidate understands both the promise and limitations of AI and can build scalable, commercially viable products in a fast-moving environment.
