Description We’re growing our enterprise sales team and are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with our largest and most complex customers across North America. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, aligning our solutions to their business goals and driving long-term value. Your mission will be to deepen executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Apryse becomes an indispensable partner for our customers’ digital transformation strategies. By understanding their priorities and challenges, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that expand adoption, strengthen retention, and create new business opportunities. Responsibilities - Own and grow a portfolio of Apryse’s largest enterprise customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success. - Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and upsell. - Build and maintain strong executive relationships across multiple lines of business and technical stakeholders. - Partner with customer success, solutions engineering, and product teams to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Apryse. - Lead strategic business reviews with key accounts, positioning Apryse as a long-term digital transformation partner. - Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional value. - Effectively manage renewal cycles, negotiating terms and ensuring seamless continuity of service. - Stay current on competitor offerings and market trends to position Apryse as the clear leader. - Consistently exceed account growth and retention targets. Requirements - 7+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of expanding account revenue. - Demonstrated success in building multi-level executive relationships and navigating complex organizations. - Strong account planning, business review, and consultative selling skills. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities. - Experience managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios with year-over-year growth. - Skilled in leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, forecasts, and activity. - Collaborative and resourceful, able to lead cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or technical background a plus. Role Description We are now looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and grow Codility’s partnerships motion. This is a high-impact, hands-on commercial role for someone who has built and executed partnerships before. You will identify, develop, and deepen partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for Codility, including: - Referral partnerships - Reseller partnerships - Integration partnerships - Strategic partnerships with companies already serving enterprise talent acquisition teams In this role, success means moving partnerships from promising conversations to measurable commercial outcomes.
