• Driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across Cognyte’s advanced solutions portfolio. • Developing and executing strategic account plans for government and defense agencies, aligning solutions with mission objectives. • Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, technical teams, and procurement stakeholders. • Positioning Cognyte solutions as critical enablers of intelligence and operational success. • Leading complex sales cycles, from qualification to negotiation and closure. • Collaborating with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions that meet SIGINT, analytics, and AI/ML-driven requirements. • Monitoring market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a strategic edge. • Representing Cognyte at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as a subject matter expert.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in strategic sales within Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, or Department of Defense markets.
  • Strong technical background and hands-on familiarity with Signals Intelligence, data analytics software, AI, and ML applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution sales in the defense, intelligence, or high-tech security sectors.
  • Ability to sell across multiple product lines and integrate solutions into complex ecosystems.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and account management skills in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, compliance, and security clearance requirements.
  • US citizenship is required
  • Willingness to travel up to fifty percent
