• Research prospective organizations and individuals to understand their needs and relevance • Initiate outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platforms • Ask thoughtful questions to understand challenges and determine potential fit • Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot (CRM) • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on messaging and targeting • Follow defined processes to ensure a consistent and positive prospect experience • Learn continuously through coaching, feedback, and training
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation
- Comfort using data tools and AI-assisted research platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT/Claude)
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies that improve prospecting efficiency and personalization
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow up consistently
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to a team environment
- Nice to Have (not required): Experience using a CRM or sales engagement tools
- Exposure to outbound communication, customer support, or related roles
