• Define and lead the global asset strategy for the Gout portfolio, aligned with corporate priorities. • Develop and maintain a high-quality Integrated Project Plan (IPP), including resourcing and budget. • Drive lifecycle management (LCM) to extend product value and optimize portfolio performance. • Contribute to portfolio-level prioritization and resource allocation across Sobi’s immunology pipeline. • Ensure readiness and execution of U.S. regulatory submissions and approvals. • Align evidence generation plans with asset strategy, guiding clinical, medical, and real-world data priorities. • Assess ex-U.S. markets to identify viable pathways and develop focused geographic launch plans. • Lead and develop the Core Asset Team (CAT), integrating expertise from R&D, Medical Affairs, TechOps, Commercial, and Project Management.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (science background strongly preferred)
  • 10+ years in global biopharma leadership, ideally in immunology, rheumatology, or metabolic diseases
  • Proven track record in lifecycle management, global asset strategy, and launch leadership
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with disciplined execution and sound business judgment
  • Skilled communicator and influencer across senior levels
  • Culturally agile, with experience in U.S., Europe (in particular Scandinavian, Swiss) other international business environments
