• Own the enterprise software portfolio: Maintain an audited inventory of software and licenses, manage renewals and vendor relationships, partner with Finance on the software budget, and eliminate waste. • Lead tool consolidation and governance: Rationalize overlapping tools, set clear standards for which platforms own which workflows, and drive adoption. Monday.com is our work OS of record — consolidating onto it and integrating with Linear, Salesforce, and Slack is a near-term priority. Handoffs should be automatic, not manual. • Project-manage software implementations: Own end-to-end delivery of new rollouts — cross-functional coordination, planning, vendor management, and adoption. Several high-priority implementations with hard deadlines land in your first six months. • Lead an operational efficiency audit: Interview every team lead to map repetitive workflows (trigger, steps, owner, time, frequency), score impact vs. complexity, and deliver a ranked agent opportunity register to the CTDO. Primary deliverable in your first 90 days. • Ensure IT operations reliability: Oversee day-to-day IT — devices, access, onboarding/offboarding, security — in partnership with our MSP. • Monitor adoption and compliance: Track tool usage, flag under-utilized investments, drive corrective action, and surface optimization opportunities to the CTDO. • Be the technology partner for the business: Go-to for department leads on tool evaluations, implementations, and IT issues; represent Technology in cross-functional planning.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines connecting our MarTech and healthcare data stack — CRM, marketing automation, event management, content platforms, and third-party healthcare data — into the cloud data warehouse. • Own the cloud data warehouse and its transformation layer — staging, business logic, and mart tables — keeping data clean, documented, and performant for analytics and data science. • Integrate specialty healthcare datasets — pharmaceutical claims and HCP intelligence — with our first-party engagement data, building the joins and transformations that make them actionable for commercial measurement and clinical personalization. • Define and enforce engineering best practices — code standards, testing, documentation, schema governance, and data dictionary — so analytics and data science can move fast without breaking things. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance, resolving data quality and availability issues before they block analytics. • Stay current with the modern data stack and introduce new tools — connectors, transformation frameworks, orchestration, or ML compute — as we scale. • Partner with analytics, data science, product, and commercial teams to turn business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions — making data accessible, never the bottleneck.
• Shape the data science roadmap: Identify measurement, audience, and AI capabilities that create value in each specialty market, and build a function that scales with the business. • Build causal lift measurement: Own the framework that demonstrates how HCP engagement drives real-world prescribing change — matched and synthetic controls, lookalike populations, methodologies defensible to pharmaceutical medical affairs and legal, and repeatable across therapeutic areas. • Build decisioning and personalization systems: Develop next-best-action, recommendation, and audience intelligence models that personalize the HCP experience and identify high-value audiences for sponsor targeting at scale. • Apply LLMs and generative AI across the workflow: Use them for structured extraction, feature engineering, insight generation, and HCP profile enrichment — wherever they cut time-to-insight without compromising rigor. • Translate findings into commercial products: Turn model outputs into sponsor-facing measurement reports, audience intelligence packages, and ROI dashboards, and present methodology directly to pharmaceutical medical affairs and commercial teams. • Own the ML platform layer: Feature engineering, experiment tracking, model registry, A/B and holdout frameworks, and production monitoring on the company's cloud and data warehouse stack.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each initiative, encompassing audience segmentation, messaging strategy, channel mix, timeline, and budget allocation. • Define performance targets (e.g., traffic, leads, learners, completers, or registrations, depending on the initiative) in partnership with leadership and build campaign roadmaps designed to achieve or exceed those goals. • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify positioning opportunities and refine promotional strategies. • Analyze past campaign performance data (including pacing curves, conversion rates by channel, lifecycle stage patterns, and audience demographics) to identify trends and inform marketing strategies. • Build predictive performance models for each initiative based on historical benchmarks, providing data-backed inputs into marketing plans including projected performance timelines and channel contribution forecasts. • Establish and maintain pacing benchmarking frameworks that enable comparison across initiatives and performance over time. • Own a yield management approach to campaign performance: understand and map the full set of promotional levers available (pricing or enrollment incentives, discount or promo codes, flash promotions, content or speaker announcements, partner activations, retargeting, extended deadlines, SEO/SEM adjustments) and their historical effectiveness. • Own the strategy and performance across all promotional channels: email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, website/landing page optimization, and influencer programs. • Serve as the single point of ownership for the initiative's primary performance KPI (e.g., website traffic, completers, registrations).
