Sales Manager, Mandarin Speaking

SYNEAR FOODS USA

• Lead sales strategy and execution for key ethnic retail chains (e.g., Asian supermarkets) across the U.S. • Develop tailored business plans by account and region to drive distribution, velocity, and brand visibility • Own and manage direct relationships with national and regional buyers, category managers, and distributors • Ensure strong in-store presence through merchandising programs, pricing execution, and shelf compliance • Build and manage relationships with ethnic distributors and store accounts • Drive and monitor in-store execution, including new item launches, price changes, and seasonal displays • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and merchandising trends in the ethnic channel

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Bilingual in Mandarin required
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience with proven track record of leadership in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry
  • Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc.
  • Prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesaler preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.

About the Role: Directly sells enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of the company’s products and drives incremental revenue within existing customers via usage adoption, product expansion, and renewal of accounts.
