Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in foodservice sales within the CPG industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.

About the Role: Directly sells enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of the company’s products and drives incremental revenue within existing customers via usage adoption, product expansion, and renewal of accounts. This field sales role has primary accountability for the company’s relationship within existing accounts upon the transfer of ownership from new business Regional Sales Managers and the Customer Success team. This role is further accountable for the cross-sell and up-sell of company products, to include the use of additional flexible and scalable licensing models (e.g. Falcon Flex), and the subsequent renewal preparation and successful renewal execution of assigned accounts. The role drives effective collaboration with other teams, including new business Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners. This is a remote position based in Ohio. • Lead the RFP shred and develop the Proposal Project Plan outlining SME assignments, deadlines, compliance requirements, and escalation points • Schedule and facilitate all Color Team meetings (Blue, Pink, Green, Red), ensuring adherence to governance timelines and structured checkpoints • Monitor compliance, Q&A submissions, amendments, formatting requirements, pricing alignment, and version control throughout proposal development • Escalate risks related to timelines, compliance gaps, or SME responsiveness to leadership as needed • Facilitate Maroon and Gold Team review, incorporate Legal and Executive feedback, and manage final submission logistics • Submit proposals in advance of deadlines, retain proof of submission, and maintain complete documentation within the system of record • Lead internal debrief sessions, document lessons learned, and update proposal metadata to support continuous improvement • Understanding of the full proposal lifecycle from capture through debrief • Familiarity with gate reviews and color team governance structures • Knowledge of compliance requirements, documentation standards, and submission protocols
