• Own end-to-end EU recruitment for technical and business roles • Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms • Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results • Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices • Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience • Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows • Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environment
- Proven ability to recruit top engineering talent across cloud, infrastructure, and software development organizations, with expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions
- Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
- Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures.
