Senior Director, People Partnering – Corporate Functions, Global Talent Acquisition

• Provide strategic human resources business partnering to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Finance Officer and the Chief People Officer. • Responsible for Talent Acquisition globally. • Work closely with People Centres of Excellence, Local People Advisors, and People Operations across the globe. • Co-develop, adapt and execute the People strategy in respective divisions. • Foster a positive culture of growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment. • Lead the talent strategy, organizational development, performance management, culture and engagement and organizational capabilities agenda. • Handle end-to-end HR support for leaders and senior managers in the unit in partnership with People Advisory and People Operations Team. • Ensure a robust understanding of Finance, Legal and People strategic agendas to align Global People strategy with business needs. • Drive change management and necessary organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in Human Resources, including minimum 5+ years in a senior leader position as Head of People/HR Business Partner/ Director, in global matrix organization.
- Solid knowledge and know-how as generalist practitioner in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management, change management and knowledge of labor law principles are desired.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Agile and can do attitude.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Strong communication, with ability to adapt to different stakeholder groups.
- Project management skills.
- Previous experience partnering with senior leaders in a globally distributed workforce.
- This role will require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally.
- Fluent English both written and spoken; any additional language would be a plus.
