Tabz
• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification through contract negotiation and close • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using HubSpot and other CRM tools • Lead discovery calls with pharmacy owners, operators, and stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points • Position Tabz’s payments, checkout, and integration solutions as mission-critical infrastructure for modern pharmacies • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate ROI and business impact • Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion, upsells, and long-term customer retention • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategic pharmacy groups • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Architecture to refine messaging and sales strategy • Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and objections with Product and Leadership teams • Help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions as Tabz scales
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or pharmacy-adjacent industries
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate value to non-technical buyers
- Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Pharmacy, healthcare, or payments experience is a plus but not required
