• Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues • Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians and customers • Deliver remote support via phone/email to ensure fast issue resolution • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system records • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
• Repairs, machine installations and spare parts management • Commissioning/start-up of simple and/or complex equipment • Management of resources related to the role (vehicle, tools, etc.) • Preparation of intervention reports • Carrying out repair, maintenance and commissioning interventions • Determine the type of intervention (repair/troubleshooting, maintenance, etc.), the number of machines, and the intervention conditions (working at height, heat, chemicals, electrical work, etc.) • Prepare spare parts based on the machine type and the type of intervention • Install and commission simple equipment • Provide customer training on simple and/or complex equipment • Ensure suitable working conditions for interventions (clean area, safety measures); if not met, request that these be arranged directly with the client or via your supervisor • Identify upcoming needs/interventions to trigger the preparation of a quotation • Manage spare parts inventory • Keep work equipment in good condition or arrange repairs if necessary (vehicle, phone, computer, toolbox, etc.) • Support customer service in case of customer requests/complaints/disputes.

• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with assigned reseller/distribution accounts • Support joint planning, quarterly reviews, and follow-up actions • Support enablement for consumables and portfolio value propositions • Identify and progress reseller and distribution opportunities and leads • Maintain a structured opportunity funnel in CRM and ensure accurate next steps and forecasting inputs • Support commercial execution with resellers and distributors • Monitor early signals in reseller and distributor performance and escalate appropriately • Coordinate internally with Product Management, Supply Chain/Operations, Customer Service, and Finance/AR to resolve customer issues • Promote full-portfolio pull-through • Represent Signode in reseller & distributor facing events and support broader program initiatives
• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth • Lead and coach a team of new business sales professionals • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers

• Design and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint environments • Drive device management, security policies, and automation • Lead endpoint strategy (Autopilot, lifecycle, compliance) • Troubleshoot complex issues and improve global IT services • Work cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Cloud teams
• Retain and expand assigned accounts in their geographic area. • Serve as the key day-to-day customer contact. • Promote and sell Signode’s high-performance packaging system used in multiple industries. • Manage existing customers as end-to-end seller. • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing all Signode products and services. • Owns renewal and expansion selling (cross-sell and up-sell). • Create account plans for top accounts and presents to customer representatives. • Provides industry insight to peers, including product management, product development and equipment sales teams. • Collaborate with internal teams on account management, projects, and department initiatives. • Participate in Training & Development opportunities in order to continually improve, upgrade performance, experience career development and advancement.
