Role Description You will be responsible for providing concierge-level clinical care to Ezra members and ensuring that every interaction with the company is exceptional. The Scheduling Manager leads a team of Instructional Delivery Schedulers whose collective role is foundational to the operational effectiveness of the plasma center technical training program.
