Director, Strategy and Special Projects
DaVita Kidney Care
• Lead DSD with strategy development, data, analytics, tools, and processes supporting accomplishing same store volume growth and new site expansion goals. • Lead field-based resources responsible for supporting same store growth execution resulting in DSD achieving volume growth goals. • Support business development teammates and DSD operations leaders with data, analytics, marketing materials, and tools to support achieving new site expansion goals. • Provide oversight and support on projects, processes, and strategic initiatives supporting DSD achieving key clinical, financial, or operational goals as assigned. • Support DSD communications and change management (presentations, written communications, and others) for internal and external partners and stakeholders, including DaVita senior leadership, board of directors, other village teams, partners (physicians, SNFs, health systems, payors) and others (CMS, CON boards, state regulators and law makers, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, health administration, or related area strongly preferred
- 3+ years of directly applicable experience in a top tier consulting firm or comparable internal corporate environment.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required including familiarity with business intelligence and financial performance software.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative and logical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively translate complex concepts and detailed data into effective presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working in a “start-up” type environment with ambiguity and requiring solving new problems.

Role Description Avec l’appui de son équipe qui compte 4 personnes, la directrice ou le directeur de la recherche (DR) exerce les missions suivantes : Missions - Politique et stratégie : - Définir et porter la politique de recherche, d’innovation et de formation doctorale de l’école, en cohérence avec le projet stratégique. - Établir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie partenariale académique sur le volet recherche et innovation. - Coordonner la politique de ressourcement et d’investissement scientifiques. - Accompagner les laboratoires dans la déclinaison et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie. - Contribuer à la dynamique collective de l’école au sein du comité de direction. - Pilotage et animation : - Gérer et animer l'équipe de la direction de la recherche. - Encadrer et accompagner la réalisation des activités de recherche. - Porter la représentation de l’établissement en tant que tutelle des UMR. - Piloter et coordonner la mise en œuvre des formations doctorales. - Coordonner la préparation et l’animation des instances de concertation et de gouvernance. - Valorisation et relations extérieures : - Développer la reconnaissance de la recherche menée à l’école sur les plans académique et socioéconomique. - Faire connaître, diffuser et valoriser les productions des laboratoires. - Coordonner le développement de partenariats avec d'autres établissements. - Représenter l’école auprès des partenaires français et étrangers. - Positionnement : - La directrice ou le directeur de la recherche est placé.e sous l'autorité directe de la directrice de l'ENTPE et membre du comité de direction. • Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic transactions, including diligence coordination across Commercial, R&D, Legal, Finance, and Operations. • Serve as a liaison with external advisors (banks, legal counsel, consultants) during transaction execution. • Contribute to target identification and strategic assessments, including market fit, asset quality, and competitive positioning. • Build and review valuation models (DCF, IRR, NPV, accretion/dilution), scenario analyses, and financial risk assessments. • Coordinate with Commercial, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to assess feasibility, integration potential, and strategic alignment. • Support internal governance processes including deal approval workflows and documentation. • Work with integration leads and FP&A to transition financial assumptions and strategic priorities into execution plans. • Identify and implement improvements in deal execution processes, templates, reporting frameworks, and internal collaboration practices. • Support capability-building initiatives within the Corporate Development team to drive consistency and efficiency across transactions.
