Clinical Applications Analyst

Imagen Technologies

• Lead and support successful radiologist onboarding by acting as a subject matter expert for Imagen’s clinical applications, ensuring systems are configured, tested, optimized, and supported to enable efficient reading workflows from day one. • Partner with clinical teams to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance radiologist efficiency and reduce friction in daily operations • Train radiologists and clinical staff on application usage, best practices, and support processes to maximize uptime and productivity • Proactively monitor application health and stability, maintaining 99% system uptime and rapidly addressing emerging issues • Troubleshoot complex clinical application issues and drive issues to resolution in coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to stay informed on upgrades, enhancements, and opportunities for workflow optimization • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Level 1 support team members to ensure accurate, timely responses within defined SLAs • Participate as a member of the Level 2 support team, including participation in the on-call rotation, to support critical clinical operations • Flexibility to provide coverage outside of normal business hours as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with 4+ years supporting clinical or radiology systems in a production healthcare environment, consistently delivering high levels of customer and clinician satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces, including their impact on imaging workflows and downstream clinical systems
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end understanding of the full lifecycle of an imaging exam, including acquisition, routing, interpretation, reporting, communication, and archiving
  • Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including the roles of radiologists, technologists, support teams, and referring providers
  • Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing one or more of the following clinical applications in a live environment: eRAD PACS, 3M M*Modal Fluency, Studycast, Volpara (or equivalent systems)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, clinical staff, operational leaders, and vendors.

Role Description Greystone Real Estate Capital is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Acquisitions team to support the sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity investments nationwide. The Acquisitions professional is central to Greystone’s LIHTC platform and will be involved across the full cycle of the originations process – from initial deal intake, modeling, committee pricing package to LOI issuance and negotiation of the LOI. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment environment. This position is being posted with flexibility across the Analyst, Senior Analyst, and AVP levels, with title, compensation and responsibilities commensurate with experience. The scope of the role will be tailored based on the candidate’s background, transaction experience, and ability to independently manage assignments. This role has the opportunity to be remote.
