Role Description We are currently recruiting for a Vice President – Agency Small Loan Borrower Engagement who will report to the Head of Screening. Role Description Our fast-growing organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the expanding Construction Management team. This individual will play an integral role in advancing our affordable multi-family development portfolio. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of our development projects including assigned new construction, rehabilitation, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, results oriented, self-starting professional with technical knowledge of the affordable, multi-family construction industry. This position works in close coordination with GAD’s and HHAD’s Business Development, Development, Finance, and Accounting teams located in our Raleigh, North Carolina office and will report to the Vice President of Construction. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, management, and execution of both new construction and rehabilitation projects for affordable housing communities across the country. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical expertise, including design, finance, development, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing development, an understanding of construction management processes, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, and the ability to travel 25% of the time. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience. - 7+ years of progressive professional experience in multi-family construction project management or real estate development experience, with knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HOME, HUD, etc.) a strong plus. - Extensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. - Proven experience in the management of multiple projects, schedules, and budgets effectively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong quantitative abilities to develop, maintain and track cost estimates and project schedules. - Experience in reading and reviewing construction plans and specifications. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities. - Skilled negotiator with the ability to present recommendations clearly and effectively. - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate productive relationships with third party consultants, agencies, and partners. - Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a strong plus. - Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for project site visits and team meetings: a valid and unrestricted Driver’s License is required. The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for tracking, recording, and reporting the financial activities related to a portfolio of properties. The position will report to the Senior Controller and work closely with the Asset Management team and external management agents to ensure accurate financial reporting. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Import monthly accounting activity as generated by external management agents using excel or AI technology. - Reconcile and analyze monthly property accounting activity and reports generated by external management agents for accuracy, prepare adjusting journal entries as needed. - Identify capital asset purchases and analyze general ledger data to ensure that assets are appropriately recorded. - Prepare and submit annual compliance reports to regulatory agencies. - Prepare monthly rehab and replacement reserve draw packages for submission to lenders and regulatory agencies. - Compile data for outside auditors. - Complete annual depreciation reports. - Complete annual business personal property tax returns. - Provide financial information and analysis to management as needed. - Participate in special projects assigned by management. Role Description Greystone Real Estate Capital is currently recruiting for a Capital Officer who will support the successful coordination and alignment of investor investment strategies with the Company’s overall LIHTC syndication objectives and goals.
