Senior Legal Specialist

Boulevard

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound legal, compliance, and operational requests from across the business. • Gather facts, identify issues, spot risks, and provide preliminary guidance using established playbooks and frameworks. • Escalate matters appropriately, providing attorneys with context, analysis, recommendations, and proposed next steps. • Draft, review, and manage a broad range of routine commercial agreements and shepherd them through signature and renewal. • Build and maintain Legal systems, knowledge resources, playbooks, templates, and self-service tools. • Identify recurring questions, bottlenecks, and sources of friction, developing scalable solutions to address them. • Pilot, evaluate, and roll out AI tools across Legal.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate paralegal, compliance, or a comparable business-facing legal role.
  • Experience serving as a trusted resource to business stakeholders and helping teams navigate complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to identify issues, assess risk, distinguish between routine and novel matters.
  • Comfortable reviewing and managing common commercial agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and order forms.
  • Strong process orientation with experience improving workflows, documentation, and systems.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work to completion without constant oversight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
