Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Berufslehre
- Zwingend mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld (Systemhaus, Serviceprovider)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server-/Client-Applikationen sowie Windows, macOS oder Linux
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, Hardware und gängigen Anwendungen
- Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt & die Fähigkeit, eine komplexe IT klar zu erklären
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, Französisch als Bonus-Track
- Führerschein Kat. B
