Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten years of experience with clear progression to senior leadership/management roles
- Senior leadership experience in government-sponsored managed care environments
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and benefit solutions within regulated healthcare environments
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance expectations
- Clean DMV record
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit, including revenue, margin, backlog quality, and working capital performance. • Manage the HV estimating and preconstruction teams. • Sign off on all proposals for HV, Set HV strategy and growth targets. • Define and execute the self-perform vs. subcontract strategy for substation, switchyard, and transmission scope. • Direct execution across a multi-project HV portfolio, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments. • Champion an industry-leading HV safety culture, with rigorous adherence to NFPA 70E, arc flash, LOTO, and energized-work protocols. • Serve as the senior HV relationship owner with customers, utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and AHJs. • Build and scale the HV organization — project management, field leadership, engineering coordination, and craft — to meet pipeline demand.
