Role Description SQL Server DBA Data Warehouse Technical Lead for Mauser Packaging Solutions Holding Company. May work remotely, report to the Information Technology hub in our regional location in Atlanta, GA. - Install, configure, monitor & tune SQL Server databases (DBs). - Minimize production downtime & ensure optimal DB operations. - Liaise with Power BI development community to build, enhance & maintain tables & data views to support end user reports. - Develop & maintain backup strategy for DB environment (aligned with Disaster Recovery requirements). - Ensure DB standards & configurations to support Mauser Security standards. - Daily production support: monitor & action incidents/requests in ServiceNow queue. - Provide technical thought leadership in development of Global data warehouse environment. - Liaise with IT resources to implement optimized solutions. - Interact with business & tech functions for high level of responsiveness. - Use effective and collaborative communication skills to interact with business users. - Utilize all relevant technical tools & processes. - May undergo background checks including drug screen. Qualifications - Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and 5 years relevant experience in IT and required skills (4 years experience); or - Master's in Computer Science or related field and 2 years relevant experience in IT and required skills (2 years experience). Role Description The Data & Decision Science (D&DS) team is the most fluid and dynamic team at C2FO. At any given time, the members of the department contribute to multiple projects. It consists of the Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Data Operations, and Business Intelligence teams. The D&DS team is responsible for C2FO’s end-to-end data solutions, focusing on: - Data architectures - Data science and machine learning - Business intelligence and analytics - Overall data strategy Empowered by the flexibility of cloud-based hosted computing, and spread across India and the US, collectively, these teams are responsible for leveraging both internal and external data that helps C2FO innovate, take data backed decisions, and solve complex business problems such as customer acquisition and retention.
