Role Description As an Associate Editor, you will support the editorial team with story development, editing, and publication. Working across multiple brands and verticals, you will help execute content from pitch to send, editing drafts, building articles in our CMS, and ensuring everything goes out in our newsletters on time. You will also work directly with freelance writers, editing submissions and keeping emails on schedule. This role offers broad exposure to every stage of our editorial process. You must have a proven record of writing long-form B2B content (eBooks, whitepapers, guides, and articles) and the strategic instinct to back it up. - Think critically about the audience, intended user journey, and the argument being built. - Comfortable writing newsletters, marketing emails, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership pieces for senior executives. - Great eye for detail and passionate about writing content across various industries. - Meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work while adapting to requirements and expectations. - Actively experiment with AI to sharpen efficiency and produce precise content. Please submit at least two writing samples so that we can get a feel of your writing style and approach. Qualifications - Excellent writing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across long-form and short-form B2B content. - Native-level English (or C1 minimum). - Active use of AI tools to build workflows, projects, or processes that improve content quality or efficiency, not just prompting. - 2+ years of experience writing B2B content. - Experience ghostwriting for senior executives, including thought leadership and LinkedIn content. - Strong research skills and the ability to construct a compelling argument from complex source material. - An ability to adapt writing style and voice to suit different audiences, platforms, and content formats. - Technical writing experience (preferred). - Experience writing across multiple industries (preferred). - Exceptional attention to detail. - A strong understanding of SEO. - Experience with uploading and editing content in WordPress.
