Job Description

Manager, Quality & Training

MediaRadar, Inc.

Role Description The Manager- Quality and Training is a high-impact dual role that transforms performance through strategic training design and data-driven quality insights. You will be reporting to the Director- C&D operations. You'll create engaging learning experiences while conducting audits that uncover critical improvement opportunities. By analyzing performance data and audit findings, you'll identify skill gaps, design targeted interventions, and measure real results — directly shaping operational excellence and team success. Primary Responsibilities and Impact Drivers - Design and deliver instructor-led training and continuous learning programs for new hires and tenured employees. - Innovate beyond the classroom by building a scalable, automated, and asynchronous learning ecosystem that drives rapid speed-to-proficiency. - Manage a team of Data analysts who conduct quality audits and provide new hire training and process refreshers. - Evaluate interactions against defined standards and document findings with structured, actionable feedback. - Serve as the ultimate owner of data quality and ensure all team output complies with established governance standards. - Work cross-functionally with Governance, UAT, and Training teams to implement changing standards. - Lead the analysis of audit data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and systemic issues. - Translate insights into targeted interventions such as refresher training, job aids, coaching guides, or process clarifications. - Lead and develop trainings for advanced skills training in HITL, prompt engineering, and data governance. - Lead continuous improvement projects and drive standardization of best practices across Content and Data verticals. - Support the exploration of AI-assisted auditing tools to scale quality coverage across multiple platforms. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of assigned workflows, providing critical feedback for system and process enhancements. - Develop and produce comprehensive metrics and reports that lead to performance improvement and operational transparency. - Communicate process health and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management through structured reviews. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and evaluate business priorities and establish effective information-sharing mechanisms. Role Mandate - How you will move the needle You start your day diving deep into real-time quality dashboards and global defect metrics. You analyze this data to anticipate systemic process failures, evaluate the integrity of our QA audit sampling, and make rapid, high-judgment decisions on where to deploy immediate training interventions across multiple media queues. By mid-morning, you are partnering with your Quality Data Analysts and Trainers. You establish rigorous feedback loops and coach them to perform deep-dive defect analysis. You review their audit roadmaps, ensure they are catching root-cause errors while fostering a culture of zero-defect ownership and continuous curriculum improvement. In the afternoon, you focus on Process Governance and the COE (Correction of Errors). You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead Root Cause Analysis reviews and propose structural guardrails to bridge gaps in our policies and processes. You relentlessly seek out the "voice of the client" to validate the accuracy and integrity of our data output. You end the day by leading data-driven defect reviews, highlighting the sharpest analysts, and ensuring our onboarding ecosystem delivers highly proficient, cross-trained associates. What You Will Deliver - First 30 Days (Audit & Calibrate): Take full ownership of the centralized Quality and training layer. Audit current baseline metrics and launch weekly defect and quality reviews. - First 60-90 Days: Establish the unified Quality-to-Training feedback loop. Demonstrate a measurable decrease in repeat defects. - After 6 months: Drive floor-wide accuracy to a >98% baseline and restructure the new-hire onboarding curriculum to reduce speed-to-proficiency ramp time by 15%. Qualifications - 5+ years of overall experience in data operations, data quality, system quality, quality testing, training lead or quality and training coordinator role. - 2+ years of direct people management experience. - 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute learning interventions and projects from concept to completion. - Experience in HITL quality and MT (Machine Teaching) - Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows. - Understanding of data annotation and quality metrics. - Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. - Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, Prompt Engineering and Lean Methodology is a must. - Six sigma (GB) certification is a massive plus.
