Role Description We are looking for a Client Project Manager to join our Commercial team in the US, focused on owning and growing strategic client relationships. - Accountable for ensuring our customers achieve clear, ongoing value from nPlan. - Work closely with client organisations to coordinate successful engagements, align stakeholders, and ensure nPlan is embedded effectively across their teams. - Primary focus on client engagement, success, retention, and expansion, acting as the central point of ownership for each engagement. - Real autonomy from day one, with the trust to manage priorities, shape client strategies, and collaborate internally to deliver outcomes that matter. - Remote-first role with occasional travel within North America (approximately 3–5 times per year) and limited international travel for client or team meetings (1–2 times per year). Qualifications - Experience in construction or infrastructure environments, including: - At least 2 years in project management, project controls, or construction management, or - 3+ years in construction technology or a related field. - A solid understanding of planning and scheduling concepts, sufficient to engage credibly with project teams. - Strong communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels of an organisation. - Experience supporting or leading process change initiatives, particularly where technology played a role. - A customer-first mindset, with strong relationship-building skills and a focus on long-term partnerships. - Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively. - Please include the word “crane” in your application. Requirements - This role exists to ensure customers consistently realise value from nPlan and choose to continue and expand their engagement with us. - Client account ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, momentum, and satisfaction across the engagement lifecycle. - Value delivery: Understand each customer’s goals and ensure nPlan is delivering against them, coordinating internally where needed to resolve issues or improve outcomes. - Engagement and change management: Plan and manage onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewal activity to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Commercial support: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of nPlan, working with internal teams to support account growth. - Stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships across client organisations, ensuring alignment and advocacy. The environment is structured, fast-paced, and accountability-driven, where strong systems and proactive execution keep the team performing at a high level. - Serve as the Lofty Subject Matter Expert, acting as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related questions and troubleshooting. - Train and support agents on how to properly use Lofty, ensuring adoption, consistency, and best practices across the team. - Own the entire Lofty platform, including setup, workflows, tagging, automation, and pipeline optimization. - Manage inbound company leads as an ISA, responding quickly, qualifying prospects, and routing opportunities appropriately. - Ensure no lead goes untouched, monitoring follow-ups and holding agents accountable to response standards. - Audit and improve current CRM workflows, identifying gaps and implementing smarter systems to increase efficiency and conversion. - Create and optimize drip campaigns and automation sequences for buyers, sellers, and long-term nurture. - Track lead activity and pipeline health, providing visibility into performance and areas for improvement. - Recommend strategic enhancements to improve speed-to-lead, follow-up consistency, and overall CRM performance. - Maintain clean data hygiene, updating records, managing duplicates, and keeping the database organized.
