Support site expansions and process redesign initiatives. Evaluate automation investments and build end to end ROI models for new equipment. • Provide Strong Controllership: Own purchase order and headcount approvals for the site and ensure spending aligns with financial plans while strengthening financial controls as operations scale. • Financial Planning & Reporting: Partner with site leadership to build financial plans aligned with overall company targets. Build reporting and operational metrics that influence how the site allocates labor, deploys automation, and prioritizes investments. • Financial Modeling: Builds dynamic models to evaluate end-to-end financial impacts of CapEx investments and process changes. Translate analysis into actionable insights to guide decisions. • Process Improvement: Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve financial and operational processes as the operation scales.
