Director, 503A Provider Relations
Revelation Pharma
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of provider relations representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics. • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional service to providers and meets established KPIs. • Collaborate with provider relations representatives to develop tailored strategies to nurture relationships with key providers. • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings within existing accounts. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness of account management strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and clinical to align efforts and drive synergy. • Lead efforts to identify and optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and provider satisfaction. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the provider relations representatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Pharm. D. preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the compounding industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of compounding pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry trends preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
