Director, Digital Strategy – Advocacy

• Set the vision for how the organization uses digital communications to drive advocacy and action • Lead a multi-channel digital program that persuades, mobilizes, and grows an engaged base of advocates • Ensure consistency in voice, message, and approach across all channels • Own organic social and collaborate on paid social strategy to extend reach and drive action • Set content strategy and oversee campaign calendars • Create platform-specific content including short-form videos • Use performance data to refine digital strategies • Own the organization’s email strategy for newsletters and campaigns • Build engagement ladders to Move audiences to action • Partner on website strategy, ensuring content supports advocacy goals • Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility • Oversee digital tools to support targeting and impact

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital communications, ideally in advocacy, nonprofit, or political campaigns.
  • Use digital to persuade, mobilize, and influence — not just inform.
  • Think at a systems level about how channels and audiences connect.
  • Set strategy and drive execution.
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, consistent voice across platforms.
  • Proficient with social media publishing tools such as Sprout Social and monday.com.
  • Familiar with content management tools like Wordpress and Elementor.
  • Understand SEO and AI's impact on search and discovery.
  • Ability to create or direct engaging visual and video content using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience running paid social and digital ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) with audience targeting and budgeting.

Role Description As the Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) implementations for new and existing clients, including client onboarding, TPA integrations, and program implementations, from initiation through successful deployment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3 years+ of PBM implementation, pharmacy benefit project management, or related healthcare implementation experience. - Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI or similar) preferred. - Experience working with TPAs, health plans, self-funded employers, or healthcare technology vendors. - Strong understanding of PBM operations, pharmacy benefits, claims processing, eligibility management, and implementation workflows. - Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), eligibility file structures, claims testing, and system integration processes. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience interacting with various levels of organizations to effectively influence others and achieve optimal results. - Expertise working within the Tredium claims adjudication system is strongly preferred.
