Qualifications - Master's degree expected, in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - English fluency required. - 5–10 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or other GTM strategy role in SaaS or specialized consultancy. - Familiarity with AMER markets GTM dynamics, including LATAM and Canada nuances. - Strong executive communication, stakeholder management across time zones, data-driven storytelling for non-technical audiences, and the ability to influence in a matrix organization. - Ability to drive cross-functional projects successfully. - Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and scaling AI agents and/or automation in a marketing or operations context. - Proven ability to build pipeline models, set defensible targets, design attribution frameworks, and translate data into executive recommendations. - Strong understanding of CLV/LTV, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics. - Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo (including Marketo Measure / AEP for attribution). - Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau is appreciated. Bonus Skills - Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Content syndication integrations, Monday.com (or equivalent PPM), Confluence, and emerging GTM engineering tools (e.g., Clay). Benefits - Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays including 4 global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares. - Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on your first day. - Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via our Employee Assistance Program. - 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions. - Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support through Maven, plus paid volunteer time. - AirVet: 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost. - Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental health insurance options. - Tax-advantaged spending accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuting. - Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning.
