Compensation Analyst – Contract

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance during hiring, promotion, and organizational planning processes. • Participate in compensation surveys, analyze results, and synthesize insights to inform compensation program design and market positioning. • Analyze job roles, salary data, compensation structures, and workforce trends using advanced data analysis techniques to support equitable pay decisions and broader compensation strategy. • Support Workday enhancements related to compensation by partnering with HRIS, testing system updates, identifying improvement opportunities, and validating ongoing data integrity. • Conduct ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy of job, pay, and employee data across HR systems, driving continuous improvement in data quality and process reliability. • Maintain, update, and audit compensation databases, tools, and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and other relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills.
