• Identify need for new filings of Oxylabs trademarks, designs and patents in the Intellectual Property Offices (IP Offices) around the globe; • Perform freedom to operate for envisaged new IP applications; • Coordinate IP filings globally; • Guide outside counsels in preparing responses to office actions in trademark, patent, design and copyright applications in IP Offices • Take part of quarterly meeting with technical teams to collect new patenting ideas and safeguard new ideas’ ‘bank’ • Advice colleagues on IP related topics • Prepare and give trainings on IP matters • Monitor legislative changes in the IP area and keep organization up-to-date • Keep track of expenses and coordinate outside counsels

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Commercial and Medical Affairs teams • Provide strategic counsel across pre-launch and launch activities, balancing legal risk with business objectives • Support commercialization readiness, including promotional strategy, market access, patient services, and distribution models • Lead legal review of promotional and medical materials through PRC/MRC processes • Advise on interactions with HCPs, patients, payors, specialty pharmacies, and government entities • Support commercial and medical affairs activities, including speaker programs, advisory boards, sponsorships, grants, medical information requests, and scientific exchange • Provide guidance on compliantly navigating regulatory landscape in business activities such as disease education, HCP engagement, advisory boards, and patient-facing materials • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., vendors, patient support programs, speaker programs, distribution, market access) • Support corporate legal matters and business development initiatives as needed • Manage external counsel effectively

• Analyze and review, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and court agreements, checking relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients' positions and minimize risks in cases of default; • Draft and prepare initial petitions, defenses, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of Pleno (mid-level) or Senior lawyers, meeting procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Provide initial client intake, collecting relevant information for case management and advising on legal procedures.

• Draft and review the company’s commercial contracts and provide general transactional support cross the organization; • Remain informed of the shifting legal landscape relating to applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance impacting commercial agreements; • Help enhance playbooks to establish company parameters to scale the legal function as the company grows; • Work effectively in a dynamic environment across different functional groups and time zones; • Provide legal and strategic business advice to ensure agreements are consistent with playbooks, internal policies, and processes; • Generally support the rest of the AlphaSense legal team on other legal matters as needed.
