• Ownership for driving progress and resolution of customer's critical issues per assigned geographic region • Develop and execute action plans in conjunction with cross-functional product development and management teams • Effectively communicate ongoing CAP status updates to both internal and customer audiences up to VP and C level • Demonstrate strong judgment at risk management and problem mitigation, making timely decisions from both business and technical perspectives • Perform post mortem analysis, evaluate and initiate internal discussions around key areas of focus or improvement for product, process, and people
Job Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Program or project management of critical issues in a cross-functional environment that includes working with sales, customers, and partners to resolve complex and critical issues
- Technical background in the security and/or networking space with the ability to speak to the product from an engineering level to a customer executive level
- Experience in customer-facing sales and/or services delivery roles with a focus on driving complex technical issues to closure
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience

• Own and evolve Ulteig’s national grants and funding strategy across funding strategy, grant development, and post‑award support, in close partnership with Transportation Market Directors, Regional Market Leaders, Client Team Leads (CTLs), and service line leaders. • Maintain a forward‑looking understanding of federal, state, and local transportation funding programs and align them with client capital programs and Ulteig’s service offerings. • Proactively identify short‑, mid‑, and long‑term funding opportunities across roadway, bridge, transit, safety, active transportation, resilience, and alternative delivery programs. • Serve as a senior advisor to clients on funding readiness, positioning, and long‑term funding strategy—not solely grant writing. • Partner with CTLs to integrate funding strategy into client plans, helping teams identify and advance 2–3 viable funding opportunities per client where appropriate. • Oversee and directly support the development of competitive grant applications from NOFO evaluation through submission. • Ensure grant narratives, technical content, and compliance packages reflect both program intent and client‑specific outcomes. • Support clients after award by collaborating with technical teams on grant agreement compliance, scope alignment, and reporting considerations. • Act as the internal hub for grants and funding knowledge, tools, and best practices across all three service areas.
• This role brings deep expertise in gaming investment and deal-making into the Investor and Startup Programme infrastructure. • The primary mandate is designing the investment programmes and deal-making activations that make Gaming event the strongest investment event in the global gaming calendar. • Design investment programmes and deal-making formats for gaming conference that attract international investors, publishers, and funds and set a global standard for capital-meets-talent events. • Build and own the gaming investor pipeline from scratch, identify gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks, and accelerator programmes, and conduct targeted outreach. • Manage the investor application and vetting process verifying fund credentials, investment thesis alignment, and genuine intent to engage with gaming studios and founders. • Develop the content and format for all gaming investment activations: reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, closed-door investor roundtables, and live deal-making showcases. • Work with the B2B Content Producer to ensure the investment content track is credible, current, and attracts the right calibre of participant. • Design the investor experience end-to-end, investor lounge, curated sessions, concierge meetings, and investor-only programming that delivers a premium environment. • Own the investor-side matchmaking process by working with internal teams to ensure match quality and deal relevance are high. • Manage investor delegate communications, matchmaking logistics, and on-site facilitation to ensure the programme delivers real outcomes, not just introductions. • Track and report on investment programme outcomes: deals initiated, capital committed, follow-up meetings generated. • Support the investor programme across other Investor & Startup program portfolio events contributing investor relationships, outreach, and programming input where sector knowledge adds value. • Contribute to investor outreach campaigns across portfolio events with the marketing and cross-functional teams. • Provide investor program cover for senior team members during high-volume pre-event and on-ground periods. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal management tools covering fund details, investment thesis, meeting history, and post-event feedback. • Track investor programme KPIs across assigned events: investor count, AUM represented, meetings held, investment signals generated, and investor NPS. • Conduct post-event investor debriefs, gather feedback, and share improvement recommendations with the program lead. • Maintain and nurture investor relationships year-round, ensuring warm relationships carry forward into future editions. • Develop new ideas for value-driven investor programme features and lead on concept note development for future editions.
