Develop your telecom expertise in diverse portfolio of BICS products, including: - Voice - Cloud - Signaling - LTE - IoT Enjoy unmatched growth opportunities with BICS vast network and customers around the world. Responsibilities - Own commercial performance (revenue, margin, traffic volume) of assigned accounts - Negotiate rates and agree on commercial terms with customers - Structure and close bilateral and swap agreements in wholesale voice - Grow hubbing traffic where applicable - Drive cross-sell initiatives of Cloud Communications (numbering and antifraud solutions) within existing accounts - Monitor traffic, pricing, and profitability (voice, cloud communication) - Act as a single commercial interface and coordinate with internal teams - Manage contracts, negotiations, and commercial escalations Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in telecom voice wholesale and account management - Strong negotiation skills (both selling and buying in voice domain) - Analytical mindset (pricing, margin, performance management) - Ability to present to customers and lead commercial discussions - Proficiency in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis, pricing) - Business-fluent English plus one additional European language Personal Skills - Customer-oriented mindset - Strong commercial aptitude and business acumen - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude - Team player with the ability to manage a large portfolio of customers - Good organizational and problem-solving skills Additional Information At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
