Role Description Build and Grow Client Partnerships - Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted partner focused on driving meaningful growth through creative strategy. - Maintain regular communication, understand client goals, and ensure creative work consistently aligns with broader marketing objectives and performance outcomes. Bridge Creative and Media Strategy - Serve as the key liaison between Donut Studios’ creative team and clients, ensuring clear alignment between campaign strategy and creative execution. - Translate client needs and campaign priorities into actionable direction for internal teams while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. Turn Performance Insights into Creative Direction - Analyze paid media performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap, translating metrics and campaign insights into clear creative recommendations. - Partner with creative teams to identify opportunities, refine messaging, and continuously improve content performance. Develop Creative Testing Strategies - Support the development of structured creative testing plans that help brands scale what works and learn quickly from performance data. - Collaborate with internal teams to test new concepts, formats, and messaging, including coordination across ad creative and landing page experiences. Ensure Execution Excellence - Manage timelines, deliverables, and creative standards across multiple campaigns to ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule. - Maintain strong attention to detail and coordinate closely with internal teams to keep projects moving forward smoothly. Deliver Clear Client Communication - Prepare, synthesize, and quality-check client-facing presentations, reports, and updates. - Ensure insights and recommendations are communicated clearly, helping clients understand campaign performance and the strategic direction behind creative decisions. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of digital marketing & client-facing experience. Growth marketing experience is a plus. - Desired: Experience in technology and/or betting industries. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task & problem solve. - Familiar with relevant social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. - Strong team player, with a passion for collaboration. - Exceptional communication & project management skills.
