Role Description We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the firm's marketing function. This role combines strategy, execution, and people management. - You will oversee a marketing team of three (3), with potential growth to four (4) team members. - Remain hands-on with planning, quality control, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. - Requires a strong understanding of law firm marketing, particularly in U.S. immigration law. Key Responsibilities - Set direction, manage people, and ensure consistent execution across all marketing channels. - Oversee the firm's website, digital campaigns, content systems, and brand presence. - Convert complex immigration law concepts into clear, client-centered messaging. - Supervise and mentor a marketing team; assign priorities and review work for quality, compliance, and effectiveness. - Ensure deadlines and KPIs are met. - Lead the firm's website strategy, including structure, UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization. - Ensure all content aligns with legal accuracy and business goals. - Oversee content creation across video, social media, email, and web platforms. - Manage and optimize paid marketing efforts, including Google Ads and landing pages. - Direct SEO and GEO strategy and execution, including keyword priorities and performance tracking. - Analyze marketing data across channels, monitor KPIs, and present actionable recommendations to firm leadership. - Implement systems, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. - Work closely with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; advanced certifications are a plus. - 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in U.S. law firms (required). - Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team or function in a U.S.-based company. - Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred; candidates who are Mandarin-English bilingual are strongly encouraged to apply. - Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, GEO, content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics. - Proficiency with Webflow is required, including website management and basic conversion optimization. - Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute end-to-end campaigns. - Experience managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance in a results-driven environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Data-driven and analytical mindset, with proven experience using marketing metrics and KPIs. - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
